We are seeking a driven, curious and solution-oriented IT Business Analyst to support the growing demand for digital transformation initiatives across our corporate functions. This role will be instrumental in delivering impactful projects leveraging technologies such as, but not limited to, SharePoint, Power Platform, and other Microsoft 365 tools.
As part of a dynamic team, you will collaborate closely with stakeholders from HR, Communications, Legal, and other corporate functions to understand and analyze business needs, design solutions, and develop functional specifications. translate them into technical requirements and help implement scalable, user-centric solutions.
Your role
As a member of the Applications Delivery – Shared Services India team, you will be responsible for:
Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their needs, propose, and implement the right solution
Work with IT teams and resources to assess solution feasibility, learn best practices, leverage lessons learned and past business cases.
Translate business requirements into clear, structured functional specifications.
Model current state and future state business processes, workflows, integrations, and other system specifications.
Design and develop solutions using Power Platform tools (mainly but not limited to Power Automate, Power Apps and SharePoint Online as data source).
Create and maintain technical documentation of the solutions features and configuration elements, in accordance with team standards.
Coordinate projects end-to-end, from design to deployment, alongside internal team resources such as business analysts, developers and SharePoint administrators.
Develop and execute system testing and test plans, support and coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT) activities.
Ensure quality alignment with enterprise architecture, governance standards and development best practices.
Facilitate workshops, training sessions, and change management activities with business stakeholders.
Assess risks by identifying probability and impact and propose mitigation measures.
Identify opportunities to improve existing processes and recommend enhancements.

Qualifications for the position :
· Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, or related field.
· Proven experience as a Functional Analyst in IT or digital transformation projects
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
· Logical and solution-oriented mindset
· Excellent oral and written communication skills
· Ability to adapt to communication style to a non-technical audience.
· Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio).
· Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
· Ability to multitask in a demanding, fast-paced environment.
An asset if you have:
· Knowledge of Microsoft 365 ecosystem, especially SharePoint Online, Power Platform including pipelines.
· Knowledge of Power BI and databases, including data extraction, transformation, and reporting
· Ability to read, understand and write code
