Overview
We are seeking Business Support Administrator/Receptionist who will sit within one of our regional offices and will work as part of a central Nuclear Support Team.
Your role
This role involves providing essential business support, administrative and reception duties. Your responsibilities will adapt to business needs and may include but not limited to the following:
Business Support
- Responsibility to look after reception during office hours.
- Booking parking.
- Direct queries to appropriate resources (Knowledge Hub, SPHERE, One WorkplACE, MyHR, etc.)
- Arrange travel (international, rail, car hire, hotels) during absence of Business Support Coordinator.
- Setting up rooms for meetings.
- Ordering refreshments and catering for meetings.
- General administrative duties.
About you
- Attention to detail and quality documentation.
- A natural collaborator with a flexible and problem-solving attitude.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office, SharePoint, MS Teams, and new technologies.
- Good organisation, time management, and awareness of business priorities.
- Desire to identify opportunities to improve processes and relevant experience in a similar role.

Security clearance
