Overview
The Tenant Liaison Officer is responsible for managing tenant relationships and ensuring smooth coordination of all tenancy-related activities. This role involves overseeing lease contracts, utility transfers, move-in/move-out processes, and serving as the primary point of contact between tenants and the property management team.
Your role
- Manage lease contract administration and compliance.
- Oversee utility transfer processes for new and departing tenants.
- Act as the main liaison for tenants, addressing queries and concerns.
- Coordinate move-in and move-out procedures, ensuring smooth transitions.
- Handle apartment handovers and ensure readiness for occupancy.
- Schedule and coordinate Planned Preventive Maintenance (PPM) with tenants.
- Collaborate with the technical team to resolve tenant issues promptly.
- Track and follow up on tenant requests to ensure timely resolution.
- Prepare and deliver monthly reports on tenancy activities and issues.
- Organize and schedule apartment viewings for prospective tenants.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Experience in property management or tenant coordination preferred.
