Position and Responsibilities
Reporting to the superintendent, maintenance, the senior planner/scheduler provides key support to maximize work management performance. This position provides direct supervision to a team of maintenance planners while also being responsible for creating and managing the daily and weekly maintenance schedules for the UF6 plant.
The supervisor, planner/scheduler ensures all preventative, predictive, and corrective maintenance activities are fully planned, prioritized, and scheduled to achieve safe, efficient execution of work. The role works closely with the UF6 production team to align maintenance and operational priorities and to communicate schedule impacts. A key focus of this team is to drive a culture of reliability. Key responsibilities include:

- Lead, mentor, and supervise a team of maintenance planners, ensuring high-quality, accurate, and consistent work packages.
- Prioritize work orders based on safety, operational needs, backlog management, and equipment criticality
- Ensure clear communication of scheduled work to all affected departments
- Ensure consistency and adherence to established processes, as well as continuous improvement
- Providing Work Management (SAP/SIGGA) support to the maintenance department
Education and Qualifications

- Trade certificate, technical diploma or degree
- 3-5 years in a leadership position
- 5+ years experience as a maintenance planner/scheduler
- Exceptional interpersonal, communication and leadership skills
- Proven ability to achieve results
- Organized and self-motivated
- Advanced understanding of SAP Plant Maintenance and Materials Management modules
- Experienced in KPI development and continuous improvement initiatives

- Strong MS-Office skills, in particular advanced Excel analytical skills.
- CMRP and/or MMP designation
Assets:

- Knowledge and experience with SIGGA Technologies, Primavera P6 or MS-Project software
