Job Description:
As a Data Analyst, you will be instrumental in transforming complex datasets into actionable insights that drive strategic business decisions. You'll join a dynamic analytics team, collaborating closely with various departments to uncover trends, optimize performance, and contribute directly to our product and operational excellence.
Analyze large, complex datasets using statistical software and database query languages to identify patterns and anomalies.
Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using business intelligence tools to visualize key performance indicators.
Translate data findings into clear, concise, and compelling presentations for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Collaborate with product and engineering teams to define data requirements and ensure data accuracy and integrity.
Design and execute A/B tests to evaluate the impact of new features and product changes.
Automate data collection and reporting processes to improve efficiency and scalability.
Proactively identify opportunities for data-driven improvements across various business functions.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or a related quantitative field.
2+ years of experience in a data analyst role, preferably in a tech-driven or SaaS environment.
Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and manipulation.
Strong experience with one or more data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker).
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail.
Demonstrated ability to communicate complex data insights effectively to diverse audiences.
Master's degree in a quantitative field.
Experience with statistical programming languages (e.g., Python, R) for data analysis and modeling.
Familiarity with cloud data platforms (e.g., AWS Redshift, Google BigQuery, Snowflake).
Experience with machine learning concepts and applications.
