The primary function of Inventory Control Coordinator is to maintain inventory and coordinate material for all Mirion Technologies (IST Canada) ULC products in accordance with production requirements and approved documentation.

Essential Duties
- Determine production requirements by working within the Materials department; generate pick lists and material requisitions to meet internal timelines.
- Physical picks of materials, appropriate labelling/paperwork and communication/delivery to production.
- Maintain inventory records for material, shipments and customer material.
- Administrative tasks including material requisition creation, photocopying, filing and paperwork distribution.
- Process appropriate documentation for receiving, inspection and in-process materials.
- Physical pack/ship in-process materials and small items (including shipping paperwork) / contact various carriers.
- Coordinate customer material storage, organization and inventory tracking.
- Attend and participate in meetings as required – departmental, cross-functional, customer, etc.
- Perform cycle counts to maintain accurate inventory.
- Play a key role in annual physical inventory, including coordination and overseeing support personnel.
- Engage in continuous improvement opportunities.
- Keep the Purchasing/Materials Manager informed of all activities or problems and submit reports as requested by management.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Other Duties
- Prepare and distribute reports on prescribed schedule and ad hoc.
- Assist with purchasing factory supplies and services as required.
- Assist with shipping and receiving responsibilities as required.
- Expedite documentation and materials as required.
- Prepare allocations in accordance with stock material and submit for review.
- Perform other related tasks as assigned.

Essential Requirements
- Strong writing skills for creating reports, correspondence, requests, and other documentation.
- Exceptional oral and written communication skills to communicate effectively with all levels within the organization and with external stakeholders.
- Organized, self-starting, responsible, and attentive to detail.
- Able to work efficiently as a part of a team as well as independently.
- Strong computer skills in the Windows environment and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams).
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs.
Education & Experience Requirements
- EDUCATIONAL
- Community College Diploma or equivalent.
- EXPERIENCE
- Minimum 1 to 3 years with experience in a purchasing role in a Manufacturing Environment
Salary: $45,000 – 55,000 CAD
