Your role
- The Digital Construction Manager will support the Sizewell C Preconstruction 4D Planning Lead and wider preconstruction team in developing and adopting digital solutions on site, ensuring a high‑quality, data‑driven delivery that improves project safety, quality, time, and cost.
- The role will also play a key part in shaping the future of construction digital rehearsals.
- A minimum site presence of two days per month is required at the Sizewell C offices in Suffolk.
- You will work closely with the Head of Digital Construction, market account managers, and project and digital teams across our Major Projects Nuclear portfolio and the wider Nuclear and Power EMEA business to implement and evolve our Digital Construction strategy, supporting company objectives and helping us stay ahead of market trends.
About you
- Support Sizewell C Site Delivery's 4D Planning Lead with the continuous development and delivery of 4D
- Digital Rehearsals throughout the project lifecycle, enabling data-driven area management planning and design reviews.
- Develop and implement digital capabilities (4D Digital Rehearsal, BIM for Construction and Data Intelligence) onto site delivery and support delivery teams across the project with their adoption.
- Provide technical expertise in construction data management, construction technology (such as 4D/5D/6D/Information Systems) with a significant emphasis on automating workflows for integrating various data streams.
- Ensure integrity, interoperability, and integration of construction data and technology to facilitate digital rehearsals.
- Collaborate with project teams and engineering disciplines to integrate digital construction solutions into planning, design, construction, handover, commissioning and decommissioning phases, progressively building the lifecycle Digital Twin of the project.
- Liaise with the project team, client, and supply chains to review Project & Asset Information models.
- Ensuring compliance with BIM standards and (inter)national BIM standards (ISO19650).
- Provide training and support to project teams on digital tools and methodologies.
- Bachelor'S or Master's degree in civil engineering, Digital Engineering & BIM, Geospatial Sciences, Computer
- Science, or related field (Equivalent practical experience will be accepted).
- Experience of implementing 4D Digital Rehearsal, modelling, or design coordination in major infrastructure projects.
- Understanding of construction sequencing with an ability to identify clashes within a construction sequence and formulate meaningful site corrective actions.
- Familiarity with Bentley Infrastructure Cloud and Synchro 4D Pro.
- Strong in one (or more) of the following: BIM, 4D/5D/6D development or IM.
- Facility to build client relationships and work with clients to deliver key business objectives.
- Strong leadership, communication, and collaboration skills.
- Creative thinker with a passion for emerging technologies and solving complex problems.
- Minimal site presence required (min. 2 days a month) at Sizewell C.
- Exposure to preconstruction, methodology development, and/or construction planning would be highly beneficial.
- Knowledge of ProjectWise and Model Federation processes.
- Knowledge of Primavera P6.
- Knowledge of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and its potential use cases in Digital Construction workstreams.

Security clearance
