Position and Responsibilities
As a member of Cameco’s security team, you are the first point of contact for employees and visitors entering the Port Hope conversion facility. You will be responsible for providing access control and assist with site security on an on-call, as needed basis. This position can work 8, 10 or 12 hour shifts as required.
Education and Qualifications
- Diploma in police foundations or law and security or equivalent work experience
- Available to work with short notice and work shift
- Working knowledge of security and fire monitoring systems
- Superior people and problem solving skills
- Strong decision making skills
- Valid class G driver’s license
- Excellent computer skills
