Accountabilities: How You Will Make an Impact
- Plan, execute, and oversee projects, ensuring all deliverables are met on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Develop and maintain detailed project schedules and work plans.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure effective communication and project alignment.
- Conduct project risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies.
- Prepare and present project progress reports and status updates to stakeholders.
- Facilitate project meetings, prepare agendas, and document minutes and action items.
- Monitor project performance using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques.
- Other duties as required.
What You Need to Succeed
- College diploma or higher education in a relevant field which may include engineering technology, environmental science, business, project management or a related field.
- 2-7 years of work experience in project management within a relevant industrial sector. Experience in the nuclear industry, energy sector, or engineering services company is an asset.
- Training or qualifications in project management (e.g., PMP) is an asset.
- Experience in working within a Quality Assurance program is an asset.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- Experience in SAP business systems or scheduling tools including Primavera P6 is an asset.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment and independently.
- Exhibit customer-centric behavior suitable for a consultancy environment.
