Job Purpose:
The Product Manager within the Global Digital Team at AtkinsRéalis will play a pivotal role in driving the shaping and successful scaling of our digital products, tools and solutions. This role requires a strategic thinker who can blend technical expertise with market understanding to work with the organisation to deliver innovative solutions that meet the needs of our clients and internal stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
You will work with internal teams to develop their digital strategies, define criteria for success, assess current process and performance, create value justifications for digital solutions, and prepare and implement solutions that produce meaningful results.
We ask that you have a focus on:
Business Analysis & Value Cases: Support idea owners and digital leads to define their problems, identify risks and opportunities, define value and build comprehensive business cases.
Product Strategy and Roadmap: Develop and execute a product strategy and roadmap for digital products, aligning with the overall business objectives of AtkinsRéalis.
Market Research & Procurement: Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape. Use this information to inform product decisions and strategy and define appropriate Buy, Partner, Build approach for individual use cases.
Stakeholder Management & Coordination: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including idea/business representatives, IT services, engineering, communications, support and change management, procurement, legal and commercial to ensure alignment, governance and successful product delivery.
Product Development: Oversee the entire product lifecycle from ideation to launch, ensuring products are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Efficiently move digital solutions through POC, Pilot and into Scaling efficiently.
User Experience: Champion the user experience by working closely with design teams where appropriate to create intuitive and engaging products that meet user needs.
Commercial Strategy & Service Wrapper: Support the development of commercial strategies that account for the full lifecycle costs, resources and support for product/digital solution in operation.
Performance Metrics & Value Tracking: Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) and value to measure product success and identify areas for improvement.
Communication & Reporting: Understand and communicate business goals, processes and progress at various levels of the organisation to ensure support, alignment and successful deployment and adoption.
Change Management: Use proven change management principles and tools to define and implement enterprise adoption strategies to support successful piloting and scaling of digital solutions.
Continuous Improvement: Foster a culture of continuous improvement by staying abreast of industry developments and incorporating best practices into digital solution shaping, delivery and product management.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Proven experience as a Product Manager or Digital Consultant, preferably within the digital, technology and/or AEC sector.
- Strong understanding of product management principles and methodologies.
- Strong understanding of data management and governance principles, requirements and methodologies.
- Strong understanding and experience of change management within enterprise digital transformation.
- Strong understanding of AI technology and its applications, particularly GenAI.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Experience with agile development methodologies.
- Proven track record of delivering and scaling successful digital solutions.
