I offer 11+ years of experience delivering large-scale, multidisciplinary construction projects, with strong capability in scope, schedule, cost, risk, contract administration, and stakeholder coordination across all project phases.
As Project Manager with ADI Development Group, I led the construction of a 27-storey high-rise condominium from excavation through structural completion, building enclosure, interior fit-outs, commissioning, and turnover. I managed multidisciplinary teams, consultant coordination, procurement, change control, schedule performance, and progress reporting. I implemented Lean Construction workflows and Earned Value Management to improve efficiency, reduce delays, and maintain cost alignment.
Previously, on the Michael Garron Hospital Redevelopment (EllisDon / Infrastructure Ontario, P3), I gained experience working under public-sector governance, structured phase-gate controls, and rigorous documentation standards—directly relevant to the governance and approval requirements of this role.
