As a nuclear research scientist and regulatory officer, I bring a wealth of experience and expertise to ensure the highest standards of safety and security in the nuclear industry. With over eight years of regulatory roles, including leadership positions at the Nuclear Regulatory Authority (NRA) in Ghana, I've developed robust frameworks and contributed to significant projects like Ghana's nuclear power program development and reactor conversion initiatives.
My educational journey has been extensive, culminating in a PhD in Nuclear Science and Technology from Harbin Engineering University, China. I've also completed various prestigious certifications, including cybersecurity and nuclear security regulations from institutions like the World Institute for Nuclear Security and the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA).
Throughout my career, I've honed strong communication skills and proficiency in multiple programming languages and software applications. My editorial experience as a Scientific Secretary and teaching experience as a Graduate Teaching Assistant highlight my attention to detail and ability to convey complex information effectively.
