Currently, Owais is supporting as a process engineer for design activities engineering changes (EC) using Maximo at Bruce Power.
He has also supported as a process engineer conducting process planning and Hazid analysis for the Canadian nuclear laboratories (CNL) at chalk rivers, ON, Canada. In addition, he has also conducted walk down and project report preparation for the same project.
Owais was also supporting the Moltex Waste to Stable Salt fuel recycling facility design requirements for the proposed advanced small modular reactor in New Brunswick, Canada.
Owais has also reviewed new projects and patents for the innovation department in Kinectrics namely: the production of ammonia as an alternative fuel replacement using air, water, and PEM electrolysis.
He has also performed his duties as a project planner for the tender book production for the ICSI project in Romania, EU.
Owais has been supported as a process engineer for the Wolsong 1 Decommissioning project in the areas of design engineering.
