About
with 8 years of experience as an engineer specialized in nuclear fuel fabrication at the division of fuel technology in a nuclear research center in Algeria and holder of a master's degree in materials physics. Having already a specialized training in post- graduation of one year on Fuel fabrication carried out within the Algerian Institute of Nuclear Engineering. In my former experiences I participated in different projects that involve several processes, I will cite as an example the fabrication of a nuclear fuel element. In this experience, I fabricated, assembled, installed, repaired, and operated both pilot and the prototype and the results was a full production of an assembly qualified to use in nuclear research reactor. I conducted meeting, I trained new hires, I also ensure that the environmental standards were respected, and I made multiple tests to verify the quality of the product and assure that all the process is conform.
Since I moved to Canada, Now I work at Natural Resources Canada (Canmet Energy Ottawa) as a combustion research technologist. This position allows me to be familiar with the federal environment of work and matches my previous position as a research engineer in a nuclear facility.
