Nous sommes à la recherche d’un(e) candidat(e) possédant une solide expérience dans la création de modèles 3D ainsi que de rendus ou de vidéos explicatives pour appuyer des projets de construction et de réhabilitation. Le ou la candidat(e) idéal(e) aura une bonne compréhension de la narration visuelle, des flux de travail techniques et des processus de construction.
Atouts supplémentaires:
La connaissance de la simulation 4D est un atout important. Nous recherchons également une personne ouverte à apprendre de nouveaux outils et méthodes afin de faire évoluer notre équipe et d’élargir notre offre de services auprès de nos clients.
Responsabilités principals:
- Développer, concevoir et réaliser des animations et simulations 3D pour illustrer des concepts d’ingénierie, des prototypes et des processus.
- Collaborer avec les ingénieurs, les concepteurs et les gestionnaires de projet pour comprendre les besoins et traduire les informations techniques en contenus visuels percutants.
- Utiliser des logiciels 3D avancés pour créer des modèles, animations et simulations réalistes adaptés aux projets.
- Assurer l’exactitude et la précision dans la représentation des détails techniques, des matériaux et des comportements physiques.
- Optimiser les actifs 3D et les simulations pour une performance optimale sur diverses plateformes (présentations, VR, AR).
- Se tenir à jour sur les avancées en matière de logiciels d’animation 3D, d’outils de simulation et de tendances du secteur.
- Participer à la préparation de la documentation de projet, des rendus et du matériel promotionnel au besoin.
Qualifications :
- Formation et experience :
- Baccalauréat en animation 3D, infographie, ingénierie ou domaine connexe (ou expérience équivalente).
- Minimum de 5 ans d’expérience en animation et simulation 3D, idéalement dans un environnement technique ou d’ingénierie.
- Compétences techniques :
- Maîtrise de logiciels d’animation 3D tels que Unreal, Unity, Lumion ou 3ds Max.
- Expérience avec des outils de simulation comme Navisworks ou Synchro 4D.
- Bonne compréhension des matériaux, de l’éclairage, des textures et des techniques de rendu.
- Connaissance des logiciels de CAO (ex. : SolidWorks, Revit) pour l’importation et le raffinement de modèles techniques.
- Familiarité avec des langages de script comme Python ou MEL pour l’automatisation et la personnalisation (un plus).
Compétences générales:
- Grande attention aux détails et à la précision technique.
- Excellentes aptitudes en résolution de problèmes et en dépannage de simulations complexes.
- Capacité à communiquer efficacement avec des équipes multidisciplinaires.
- Habileté à gérer plusieurs projets et à respecter des délais serrés.
- Autres atouts :
- Expérience en intégration VR/AR et simulations interactives.
- Connaissance des principes et des flux de travail en ingénierie.
- Portfolio démontrant des projets pertinents en animation et simulation 3D.
- Langues :
- Bilingue français et anglais (oral et écrit).

We are seeking a candidate with solid experience in creating 3D models as well as instructional renderings or videos to support construction and rehabilitation projects. The ideal candidate will have a good understanding of visual storytelling, technical workflows, and construction processes. Knowledge of 4D simulation is a strong asset. We are also looking for someone who is open to learning new tools and methods to help grow our team and expand the range of services we offer to our clients.
Your role within the team:
- Develop, design, and execute 3D animations and simulations to visualize engineering concepts, prototypes, and processes.
- Collaborate with engineers, designers, and project managers to understand project requirements and translate technical information into compelling visual outputs.
- Use advanced 3D software tools to create realistic models, animations, and simulations tailored to project needs.
- Ensure accuracy and precision in representing technical details, materials, and physics-based behaviors.
- Optimize 3D assets and simulations for performance across various platforms, including presentations, VR, and AR.
- Stay up to date with advancements in 3D animation software, simulation tools, and industry trends.
- Assist in preparing project documentation, renderings, and marketing materials as needed.

- Bachelor’s degree in 3D Animation, Computer Graphics, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in 3D animation and simulation, preferably in a technical or engineering environment.
- Experience with simulation tools like Navisworks or Synchro 4D.
- Experience with VR/AR integration and interactive simulations.
- Proficiency in 3D animation software such as Unreal, Unity, Lumion, or 3ds Max.
- Strong understanding of materials, lighting, textures, and rendering techniques.
- Knowledge of CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, Revit) for importing and refining engineering models.
- Familiarity with scripting languages like Python or MEL for automation and customization is a plus.
- Exceptional attention to detail and technical accuracy.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex animation or simulation issues.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
- Knowledge of engineering principles and workflows.
- Portfolio showcasing relevant 3D animation and simulation projects.
- Effective communication skills for collaboration with multidisciplinary teams.
- Bilingual in French and English (spoken and written).
