The role will be required to successfully pass Site Access Security Clearance (CSIS Level 1).
The Manager is accountable to provide leadership and direction to results driven team(s) or function(s). As a member of SaskPower’s management team, this position is responsible to maximize the development, performance, and engagement of staff, including directing work and providing regular performance feedback to ensure alignment with both departmental and corporate goals and objectives. This position will work within SaskPower’s Nuclear Development Division leadership team and will be responsible for many of the functions to support SaskPower’s nuclear development work. This includes the development, and implementation of SaskPower’s Integrated Management system, information management, training, security and workforce development.

Participate in the development, implementation and management of departmental and corporate policies and programs, including the implementation and administration of financial and administrative controls
KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES:

Seven (7) years of related experience in the nuclear industry with experience in nuclear management systems, training, security, performance improvement, information management and workforce development
A suitable combination of relevant education and experience may also be considered
