Responsibilities
- Input contract information in the various systems for contractual documents and Amendments thereto.
- Draft, review, negotiate and execute non-disclosures agreements, including amendments, based on MDA templates and standards.
- Drafts standard contract agreement forms and related documents according to established contractual policies and procedures.
- Ensures the review, approval and execution of contracts according to corporate guidelines and procedures.
- Prepares and administers correspondence and contractual documents to ensure timely and submission, including prioritization requests.
- Oversees all contractual matters related to subcontracts and pre-assigned programs and seeks advice as required for drafting and reviewing non-standard contracts.
- Assists the contracts specialist in preparing the declaration of conformity in accordance with the conditions provided by potential clients.
- Prepares, organizes and maintains contract records and files and documents contract performance and compliance.
- Provides support to contract specialists by working with internal or external project teams on issues and developments related to assigned contracts.
Work Experience requirements
- A minimum of two years of relevant experience.
- Previous experience in negotiations is an asset. Proficient in Microsoft office (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint).
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in both French and English.
- Be a team player and demonstrate a high level of integrity.
- Excellent organizational, analytical and decision-making skills
- DEC in a pertinent field
Comments/Special Considerations:
Successful candidates must obtain and hold security clearance at the reliability status level, and pass security assessment for the Controlled Goods Program (CGP) and ITAR.
