Role & Responsibilities
In this role, you will:
Responsibilities
This Project Support will assist the Project Manager by handling key administrative and technical tasks, including SAP task-based routing, purchase requests, purchase orders and providing general support to different projects and programs. The day-to-day responsibilities of this resource include:
- Perform a wide range of analyst assignments and resolve recurring problems independently without close supervision
- Parse data and present in a meaningful format
- Analyze project financials and budgets
- Anticipate upcoming responsibilities or needs and use initiative appropriately
- Utilize SAP to:
- Prepare purchase requests and purchase orders
- Troubleshoots and resolves errors or issues with attention to detail
- Processes receipts, accruals, and invoices as part of the purchasing process
Qualifications / Requirements
To succeed in this role, you bring:
- Two-Year Degree in Business related field
- 1 year of experience in construction and project management
- Excel, Microsoft and PowerPoint Expertise. (Microsoft Excel utilization of pivot tables, v look up, algorithms, and excel other functions).
- SAP experience preferred
Salary Range for Role $ 58,000 - $63,000
Compensation at PTAG varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set and level of experience.
