Position and Responsibilities
As a member of the clean-up and waste management team, you will perform general labour for the removal and decontamination of obsolete equipment and structures. These activities are completed in a manner that complies with environmental regulations and good housekeeping practices.
Education and Qualifications
Requirements of the position:
- Grade 12 diploma
- G class vehicle license
- Forklift experience
- Experienced using cutting torches, pressure washers, scissor lifts
- Demonstrated work performance that is consistent with a team environment
- Self-starter able to work with minimal supervision
- Strong commitment to health, safety and environment
Assets:
- Knowledge of rigging
- Familiar with grit blasting
