Position and Responsibilities
As a key member of the production team, you will assist the production co-ordinators in the daily operation, and achievement of long term objectives for the UF6 plant. Duties include supervision of cell maintenance operators, training, job clearances and cell maintenance and cylinder recertification activities to ensure a clean and safe work environment to meet production targets.
You will ensure that all work is performed safely, efficiently and in compliance with procedures, and that proper and complete documentation is maintained.
Education and Qualifications
Requirements of the position:
- Self-starter able to multitask effectively
- Demonstrated leadership skills
- Mechanical technologist’s certificate or strong mechanical background
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Supervisory experience
- Strong team player
- Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook) and SAP
