Project Controls Specialist with heavy Schedule Focus will play a key role in developing and standardizing scheduling governance as part of a company-wide governance library. This role requires expertise in Primavera P6, scheduling methodologies, and project controls best practices. The specialist will be responsible for creating scheduling procedures, templates, and guidelines to ensure consistency, efficiency, and compliance across projects.

The ideal candidate:
University Degree or College Diploma.
3 to 5 years of experience in project scheduling and project controls.
Experience in project governance, reporting, and standardization.
Experience working in large-scale projects or corporate governance environments is a plus.
Proficiency in Primavera P6 and scheduling methodologies (CPM, EVM, etc.).
Strong understanding of cost and risk integration with scheduling.
Excellent documentation and technical writing skills.
Familiarity with P6 or similar project controls software.
Knowledge of earned value management (EVM).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work in a cross-functional team.
