AtkinsRéalis is hiring a hiring a highly skilled and experienced Quality Manager to join our team in Toronto. This position requires a strong understanding of quality management principles, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Your role within the team:
- Coordinates the effective execution of the Quality Assurance and Quality Control (QA/QC) function within PMO Services.
- Provides subject matter expertise, advice, and guidance with respect to QA/QC matters across the program.
- Reviews the contractor’s program specific Quality Management Plan and works with the Program Delivery team to confirm effective implementation.
- Coordinates periodic reviews and audits aimed at assessing the effectiveness of quality management processes and procedures.
- Provides assurance of each program’s quality management reporting and confirms compliance against the agreed metrics.
- Provides Management and Executive level quality management related program-wide reporting and identifies key risks and opportunities for escalation.
- Oversees management of QMS documents and records on the Electronic Data Management System (EDMS) to ensure up-to-date and accurate reporting.

The ideal candidate:
- Minimum of 15 years of professional experience in a quality management position
- A minimum of 7 years professional experience in an international airport program or equivalent complex infrastructure program.
- Recognized degree and professional designation is considered an asset.
- Certified QMS 2015 auditor or experience in a similar quality management representative role for a large program and successful completion of an ISO 9001 Lead Auditor Course.
- Experience throughout all project phases, including design, planning, construction, operations, and maintenance preferably large program/projects.
- Availability to work x5 days per week (Monday to Friday) at project site.
- Demonstrable expertise in quality control and quality assurance practices.
- Demonstrated experience in managing teams to deliver quality management on complex projects and programs.
- Good stakeholder engagement and communication skills including the ability to facilitate meeting / workshops with large groups of stakeholders.
