   Position and Responsibilities
  
  
  
   The UO2 production facility in Port Hope is the sole provider of Candu fuel. This is an exciting opportunity for an individual with strong leadership skills to join the production team.
  
  
  
   As a key member of the production team, you are responsible for organizing shift production activities to meet objectives in safety, environment, production, quality and costs while ensuring compliance to operating procedures and good housekeeping practices. You will ensure that the work is performed safely, efficiently while in compliance with procedure, and that proper and complete documentation is maintained.
  
  
  
   Education and Qualifications
  
  
  
   Requirements of the position:
  
  
   - Grade 12 diploma or equivalent
 
   - 5-8 years of supervisory experience in a continuous or batch processing environment
 
   - Strong interpersonal skills working with all levels within an organization
 
   - Demonstrated leadership ability
 
   - Self-motivated, attentive to detail and strong problem-solving skills
 
   - Clear criminal background
