The Role
As a member of the Technical Services department, reporting to the sr. administrator, CMT, you will play a key role in supporting daily operations. This includes providing document control functions, assisting with project system setup and support at project sites, and contributing to field quality efforts through process audits, analysis, reporting and continuous improvement initiatives.
In this role, you will:
- Provide ongoing and relief administrative support for the daily operations of the construction management teams.
- Support administration of project document site (SharePoint Online) set up, external access, and issue resolution.
- Serve as a key liaison between the construction management team (CMT) and internal departments.
- Support quality control processes and development of turnover packages.
- Complete audits and assessments of quality processes, determining issues and recommend corrective actions.
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field;
- Three to five years of experience;
- Equivalent combination of education and work experience considered;
- Background with procurement, construction, contractor management, field quality and commissioning;
- Effective organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and ability to prioritize workload;
Recommended:

- Resourcefulness in approach to problem solving and developing creative solutions.
