The Role
Cameco’s supply chain management (SCM) department is seeking a dynamic and results-driven team lead, enablement within our supply chain department. This role focuses on continuous improvement and technology implementation to enhance supply chain efficiency. Our value-driven company thrives in a growth market, supported by a dynamic team culture.
As a key member of the Supply Chain team, the Lead, Enablement will work cross-functionally with business stakeholders, BTS, and process owners to standardize and automate supply chain workflows, improve end-to-end supply chain visibility, and leverage technology to achieve business goals.
In this role, you will:
- Lead SAP S4 ERP adoption and optimization in supply chain, ensuring alignment with business needs and operational efficiency.
- Drive digital transformation, integrating AI, machine learning, and IoT across supply chain functions.
- Collaborate with vendors and consultants to assess and implement new supply chain technologies.
- Serve as the main contact for process standardization and technology initiatives, providing leadership and support.
- Demonstrate strong knowledge of supply chain principles (procurement, logistics, inventory, supplier collaboration) within SAP environments.
- Apply advanced analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills to translate technical needs into business solutions.
- Implement and optimize digital supply chain tools, including SAP automation and data analytics platforms.
- Develop and deploy analytics dashboards for real-time supply chain visibility and decision support.
- Uphold data governance and quality standards across supply chain systems.
- Ensure compliance and risk management in supply chain operations.
- Utilize advanced skills in process mapping, business process reengineering, and performance measurement within SAP workflows.
- Manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Develop training and documentation to ensure SAP S4 proficiency among end users.
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, business administration, industrial engineering, or a related field
- Minimum of seven years of experience in supply chain management, process optimization, and/or ERP enablement, with a strong focus on continuous improvement
- Equivalent combination of education and work experience considered
- Proven experience with SAP S4 ERP, particularly in modules related to supply chain, procurement, logistics, and inventory management
- Occasional travel required to the northern Saskatchewan and Ontario operations
Recommended:
- Proficiency in data analytics tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, SQL) and process automation platforms.
- Experience in SAP systems and technologies (e.g., Fieldglass, Ariba, OCI Catalogs)
- Experience with ISN or contractor management software
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams in the successful delivery of complex supply chain technology and process improvement initiatives, including SAP-related projects
- Excellent project management skills, including planning, execution, communication and risk mitigation

Salary Range: $117,400 - $146,750
