Position and Responsibilities
We are seeking a detail-oriented clerk to provide vital administrative support to our operations teams. Working closely with front-line supervisors, you will manage daily tasks, ensure smooth organization, and contribute to a fast-paced, team-focused environment.
In this role you will:
- Create and manage reservations and notifications in SAP.
- Update and close maintenance work orders in SAP.
- Track and ensure employee training records remain current.
- Coordinate flight changes and maintain accurate schedule updates.
- Prepare materials and documentation for safety meetings.
- Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and integrity.
- Provide administrative support across all departments and other duties as required.
This is a temporary position with an expected duration of 90 days.
Education and Qualifications
Requirements of the position:
- minimum grade 12 diploma or equivalent;
- post-secondary diploma certificate in office administration;
- valid class 5 driver’s license;
- proficiency with Microsoft Office suite;
- advanced skill level in Microsoft Excel;
- strong organizational skills;
- excellent written and verbal communication skills;
- maintain a positive, service-oriented attitude and commitment to teamwork; and
- work a rotational schedule and commute to site by aircraft.
