The Occupational Safety and Health Student will be primarily an onsite worker supporting records retention for OSH(Occupational Safety & Health) and IH (Industrial Hygiene) with the possibility for some remote work.

What you will be doing:
- Sharing administrative tasks between Decommissioning/ERM(Environmental Remediation) OSH and OSH Programs
- Working with IH Techs, OSH Specialists and ERM Senior Admin in ensuring that legacy and current OSH/IH reports are filed in ATOM as required
- Supporting the development of Health and Safety dashboard.
- Supporting the development of processes and procedures for the overall department.
- Coordinating document retention between ERM, central IH and OSH.
- Cleaning up miscellaneous filing.
- Providing general administrative support.
What we are looking for:
- Excellent computer skills with knowledge of all Microsoft applications.
- Excellent attention to detail.

Security clearance eligibility required: Reliability Status with Site Access Security Clearance (SASC), which has a minimum requirement of 3 years of verifiable history in Canada, Australia, New Zealand, United States and/or the United Kingdom.
