Under general supervision of the Manager, Financial & Shared Services, the Finance Analyst is responsible for accurate and timely compilation of routine reports, provide administrative support and reporting services while meeting all month-end and reporting deadlines. Other duties will include invoice data entry for Accounts Payable, assisting the Billings/AR group, and supporting various functions in finance, such as Accounting, Finance Operations, and FP&A. This is an exciting opportunity for a Business Accounting student that wants to practice the skills learned in University.

- Verifying that transactions comply with financial policies, procedures and approval limits.

- Functional Knowledge of Accounting Processes.
- Proactive and positive approach to business and business strategy/ solutions.
- Demonstrated analytical, planning, and problem solving skills.
- Requires strong communication, planning, analytical, organizational and priority skills.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft office products (excel, word and outlook) is a requirement.
- Ability to identify efficiencies / improvements.
- Security Clearance Eligibility Required
- Reliability Status with Site Access Security Clearance (SASC), which has a minimum requirement of 3-5 years of verifiable history in Canada, Australia, New Zealand, the United States and/or the United Kingdom. CNL implements security screening in accordance with the Treasury Board of Canada Secretariat's “Standard on Security Screening” and the “Policy on Government Security.”

Location of Work - Remote:
