McArthur River, located in northern Saskatchewan, is the world’s largest high-grade uranium mine. The uranium produced at McArthur River is used for nuclear fuel products, which utilities around the world rely on to generate safe, reliable, emissions-free nuclear power. Cameco is one of the largest global providers of the uranium fuel needed to power a secure energy future.
We are looking for a collaborative team player that will safely and effectively lead the day-to-day activities for the site services team. You will be looked upon to lead the site services team through changes and improvements that align with Cameco’s strategic goals. You will also be responsible for identifying and developing continual improvement projects to support the needs of the operation to achieve the safety, environment, community, and financial performance goals of this state-of-the-art mining operation. Supervise, mentor, plan, coordinate, and schedule site services operations and project tasks to meet site requirements.
Ensure the safe, effective and efficient execution of site services activities in adherence to internal policies, standards, and regulatory requirements.
Execute site services activities safely, effectively, and efficiently while adhering to internal policies, standards, and regulatory requirements.
Manage day-to-day operations of the airport, batch plant, road maintenance, and heavy equipment operation.

Salary Range: $119,720-$149,650
