• Provide oversight of the organization’s radiation protection program, ensuring compliance with CNSC and other
regulatory standards.
- Implement and maintain radiation monitoring programs for employees, contractors, and the environment.
- Ensure effective tracking, analysis, and reporting of exposure data to support worker safety and regulatory obligations.
- Promote best practices in radiation safety training, monitoring, and emergency preparedness.
- Lead the organization’s emergency response and crisis management programs.
- Act as the senior safety spokesperson in the event of significant incidents or crises.
