Join a dynamic engineering‑driven environment as a Manager, Financial Planning & Analysis, supporting a growing Nuclear business in a project‑based setting. In this high‑visibility role, you will empower senior leaders with clear, decision‑ready insights and contribute directly to the performance and strategic direction of the Nuclear Canada team.
Your Role
- Support and coordinate budgeting, forecasting, and monthly performance reporting for the Nuclear Canada business.
- Analyze overhead spending and project financial results, including revenue, margin, backlog, and cash.
- Simplify and automate FP&A reporting, dashboards, and financial models.
- Translate complex financial data into clear, executive‑level insights.
- Respond to ad‑hoc requests from Corporate and Sector FP&A under tight timelines.
- Partner with Project Accounting, Project Managers, and senior leadership teams.
- Develop a strong understanding of projects and client contracts.
About You
- Ability to leverage a CPA designation in a complex, project‑based finance environment.
- Aptitude for applying 8–10+ years of FP&A or project finance experience.
- Ability to communicate effectively with executives and act as a strategic business partner.
- Proficiency in reporting and planning tools such as Power BI, Adaptive, or Oracle.
- Proficiency in advanced Excel and PowerPoint.
