This 12–15‑month contract offers the opportunity to collaborate with experienced professionals and help shape the workforce that drives our mission forward.
Your Role
- Manage full‑cycle recruitment activities to support diverse business hiring needs.
- Build strong partnerships with hiring managers to understand staffing requirements.
- Implement sourcing strategies using social media, networking, referrals, and talent campaigns.
- Develop and maintain specialized candidate pipelines through market research and competitor insights.
- Utilize applicant tracking systems to document activities and ensure process efficiency.
- Represent the company at industry events and career fairs to strengthen market presence.
- Contribute to process improvements that enhance recruitment effectiveness.
About You
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in fast‑paced environments.
- Aptitude for building strong relationships and influencing stakeholders.
- Proficiency in sourcing tools and recruitment technology, including LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Ability to attract and engage talent through networking, cold calling, and talent campaigns.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
