The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a Quality Team in a regulated manufacturing environment across multiple shifts and with knowledge of NADCAP special processes to ensure compliance within the Company's Quality Assurance program for the continuous production of products consistent within established quality standards.

Job Requirements:
- MUST BE ABLE TO proficiently process CMM programming and operation within Mitutoyo MCOSMOS and Zeiss CALYSO software together with probe selection, qualification routines and alignment strategies for complex parts.
- Demonstrates a thorough understanding of GD&T, engineering drawings and use of precision measuring instruments in completion of work tasks and to create and/or modify CMM programs for inspections.
- Completes mechanical inspections utilizing a variety of measuring equipment.
- Maintains, manages and records the accurate calibration of pin gauges, gauge blocks, micrometers, calipers, ring gauges, thread gauges including with the use of calibration software (Gagetrak).
- Prepares inspection reports and issues final release of documents and parts.
- Provides support during internal audits and acts as primary contact for customer/regulatory audits.
- Utilizes Lean Principles with a Continuous Improvement mindset in daily duties.
- Presents a well-organized, systems thinking approach.
- Responsible for maintaining a clean tidy and organized work area.
- Follows safe work practices at all times.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
This vacant role requires fluency in English (read, write and speak) with 3-5 years Precision Machining Shop experience and 5yrs current work history with Quality Management System (ISO, AS9100, N299). Credentials to include Post-Secondary training in Quality with ASQ Certification (CQE, CQA, CMI, CMQ/OE).
Requires proven effectiveness in customer/sub-contractor communications/interactions with means for local travel when/as needed for Customer Audits.
Must have reliable personal transportation (no public transportation available).
EARLY DAY SHIFT (6am) and NIGHT SHIFT (3:15pm) start times.
