Position and Responsibilities
Responsibilities of the sampling and feed preparation operator encompass a variety of tasks such as: handling and sampling incoming raw materials and chemicals for preparation and entry into the process circuit; preparation of outgoing shipments; processing of empty drums for disposal; and monitoring and maintaining environmental protection equipment such as dust collection. Participating in a working team concept where each team operates as a semi-autonomous work group.
Education and Qualifications
Requirements of the position:
- Grade 12
- Experience in an industrial plant
- Ability to work within established procedures and safe work practices
- Ability to work in a team environment
