The Role
Reporting to the chief, internal audit services and corporate ethics and working closely and collaboratively with our co-sourced internal audit service provider, we're looking for a manager, internal audit services to join a high-performing, leading practice internal audit function. This is your chance to play a key role in shaping strategy, driving performance, and delivering insights at the highest level. In this role, you will:
- Advance Cameco’s Internal Audit Strategic Plan and annual Internal Audit plan.
- Actively manage co-sourced internal audit engagements through all stages.
- Provide leadership, mentoring, and guidance to internal audit team members on Cameco, its strategy and structure, processes, people, technologies, and Global Internal Audit Standards.
- Collaborate with management to ensure action plans are addressed within the timelines agreed.
- Build and maintain effective relationship with key internal audit stakeholders.
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business administration, or related field
- Minimum of 7 years of internal audit experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial role
- Certified Internal Auditor
Recommended
- Chartered Professional Accountant, Certified Information Systems Auditor, and/or Certified Fraud Examiner
- Experience working in a co-sourced internal audit environment, professional services firm, and/or publicly traded company

Salary Range: $111,000-$139,000
