Your Opportunity
This full-time role is about making an impact on people’s lives and the future of clean energy. You will leverage your skills and experience to be part of an innovative team and make a difference for our customers. As an Executive Assistant you will be part of the proven team in the Installed Base Business Unit. This role will ultimately be located in Mississauga, Ontario, (remote work will also be considered). Your work will include providing high-level administrative and strategic support to the Chief Operating Officer of Framatome Canada, ensuring day-to-day operations run smoothly and efficiently. This includes managing a dynamic calendar, coordinating meetings, preparing briefing materials, tracking action items, organizing domestic and international travel, processing expenses, and handling sensitive correspondence. You will also support the preparation of executive presentations, business cases, and internal communications. A key part of your role will involve following up with the COO's direct reports and cross-functional teams to ensure timely execution of priorities, maintaining alignment across business lines. This position requires a high degree of professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail, as well as the ability to anticipate needs and adapt in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
