Our Systems Engineering & Integration (SE&I) sub-practice is looking for a T&C Assurance Lead to oversee the Testing and Commissioning activities on a major project in Western Canada.
This role will be based in Vancouver, BC or Toronto, ON.
Your role within the team and on the project:
- Lead, manage and direct the team to execute the T&C Plan
- Provide guidance to Design and Installation teams on the plan and process inputs.
- Plan and support the assurance gates and reviews with client Installation Readiness Review (IRR), Test Readiness Review (TRR).
- Coordinate the testing plans with the design team and suppliers.
- Provide inputs to the testing and assurance schedule and manage the testing outputs.
- Plan and support the Testing Acceptance Review (TAR).
- Write up all assurance documentation around the testing and provide for input to CTTO assurance gate.

- Language: English fluency.
- Essential – Minimum 15 years’ relevant experience with Testing and Commissioning Assurance.
- Essential – Excellent written, presentation and communication skills.
- Essential – Experience of working directly with client organizations, suppliers and construction teams.
- Essential – Excellent networking and client relationship management skills; able to influence and manage key stakeholders and build trust and advocacy with clients.
- Essential –knowledge of Operation Control Centres technologies.
- Travel
- Must be willing to travel to project sites.
- Must be willing to travel to vendor locations.
- Must be able to work away from home for periods of time.

Expected compensation for this role is between Pay Range $109,400 - $150,400 annually. Base salaries are determined according to several parameters like skills, experience, and potential impact on the role. Internal and external competitiveness are also taken into account in our offers.
