About Us
Key Lake, located in northern Saskatchewan, is the world’s largest high-grade uranium mill. The uranium milled at Key Lake is used for nuclear fuel products, which utilities around the world rely on to generate safe, reliable, emissions-free nuclear power. Cameco is one of the largest global providers of the uranium fuel needed to energize a clean-air world.
The Role
As a site services operator at Key Lake, you will be responsible for operating a variety of mobile equipment to maintain the site, roads and airport in a safe and effective manner. You will also assist in training and monitoring junior operators and provide support to other trades on site.
This is a term position.
Required:
- Minimum grade 12 or equivalent
- A minimum of three to five years of relevant work experience
- Experience on dozer, backhoes, graders, vac trucks, large loaders
- Valid Class 1A drivers licence
- Willingness to perform manual labour as required
- Work a rotational schedule and commute to site by aircraft
Recommended:
- Mobile crane operating experience
