With more than 350 employees and over 75 years of experience, the Saskatchewan Research Council (SRC) is Canada’s second largest research and technology organization. We help clients from across the world solve complex technology challenges, seize new opportunities, and reduce their environmental impact. SRC’s Nuclear division is pursuing the licensing and operation of an eVinci™ microreactor – a first-of-a-kind project in Saskatchewan. As the primary organization responsible for microreactor development in province, SRC is working to accelerate adoption of microreactors safely and consistently to support local industries and communities.
The Saskatchewan Research Council’s Nuclear Division is seeking an Engagement Coordinator that will act as a system administrator to coordinate the collection, record keeping and reporting of public and stakeholder engagement in support of the microreactor deployment in Saskatchewan.
Accountabilities
· Act as system administrator that will collect, maintain and enter data from a variety of sources and formats into the engagement tracking software system
- Coordinate engagement activities such as revising letters, memos, reports, proposals and presentations
· Implement a data collection process
· Assist with maintaining and implementing an engagement software system
· Participate in preparing reports and analytics for the Nuclear Division
· Assist with coordinating the logistics of tours and meetings as required

Requirements
- Diploma or certification in a relevant academic field
- Minimum of three years' experience in records management or within a data entry role
- Experience operating data and records management systems and related reporting considered an asset
- An understanding of engagement and communication strategies is considered an asset
- Proficient with Microsoft Office, including Microsoft SharePoint
The chosen candidate will be required to provide an original Criminal Record Check that is satisfactory to SRC prior to the commencement of any employment duties. The Criminal Record Check must have been executed within the preceding 30 days of receipt.
This position is located in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan.
