Position and Responsibilities
- Data entry for flights, payroll, planning, CamRad and contractor data management
- Prepare accurate reports and correspondence
- General clerical duties including reception, filing and mail distribution
- Provide administrative support to all departments and other duties as required
Education and Qualifications
Requirements of the position:
- Minimum grade 12 diploma or equivalent
- Post-secondary diploma certificate in office administration
- Valid class 5 driver’s licence
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite
- Work a rotational schedule and commute to site by aircraft
